The Home
You enter the house via the security front gate with absolute privacy and you have an outdoor area for eating complete with BBQ. There is an outdoor shower to rinse yourself off after a day in the surf. Walk inside and at the front of the house you have a large new eat-in kitchen complete with benchtops, four burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher and family size fridge, TV, radio and all the appliances a chef may need. Down the long passageway, there are two separate bedrooms both with queen-size beds, ceiling fans, A/C & TV. A large fully renovated bathroom with full-length bath/spa as well as a large separate double shower. At the end of the hallway, there is a large family size living area complete with large flat screen TV, Xbox & WiFi, and all of this is in an beach side location within a short walk to all the action of Manly.
The home is ideal for the business executive who needs to work in the Sydney CBD and wants to take the family along, any family holiday or just a weekend away.
There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, markets all a short walk away.

Nearby Attractions
Manly is a beach-side suburb on Sydney's Northern Beaches, a quick 20 minutes by ferry from Sydney CBD. It is most notable for its beaches which are very popular tourist destinations. Manly features a long stretch of sand on the ocean side, that runs from Queenscliff through North Steyne to South Steyne . This is followed by rock pools and sandy beaches called Fairy Bower and Shelly Beach where the famous Shelley Beach Boathouse is located. There are also a number of beaches on the harbour side of the peninsula. Norfolk Island pine trees are symbolic of Manly and are a prominent feature of both the ocean and harbour beaches.
There are also many walking paths to enjoy and North Head National Park for that bush experience.

Extras
We are a local family who know the area and the people. We can organise many extra services if required. We have a Site-seeing yacht charter of Sydney Harbour,(see tab Yacht Charter at the top right side of this page) which can include sailing, snorkeling, swimming, lunches etc.. Overnight stays on the yacht are also available. Babysitting services can be arrange so that night out or lunch can happen. For international or interstate guests we can organise pick up at the airport and bring you straight here.
